Who I am:
My name is Mattia Sansoni, I am a Physiotherapist who graduated from the University of Turin in 2018, regularly registered with the National Order of Physiotherapists with serial number 3250.
Immediately after obtaining my degree in physiotherapy, I applied the experience accumulated during university internships by starting to work in an R.S.A., and then moved to France to work in a hospital context in long-term care departments.
After returning to Italy I continue my professional training by undertaking Manual Therapy courses (concept
Kaltenborn) of Postural Re-education (Motor Control and Muscle Rebalancing) and joint manipulations; starting to work as a freelancer, which I will also combine with work in the R.S.A. in geriatric and psychiatric contexts.
At the same time, I continue to specialize in the rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system, both in the field of orthopedic, traumatic and post-surgical rehabilitation, and rheumatology.
Within the context of second level rehabilitation facilities, I begin to take charge of the training part regarding staff training on safety and load handling.
To deepen my knowledge of coordination, training and staff management, in 2021 I am admitted to the Master’s Degree course in Rehabilitation Sciences of the Healthcare Professions.
In 2022 I become the regional contact person for the rehabilitation of the Italian Society of Shoulder and Elbow Surgery (SICSeG).
